There are a variety of short walks and trails in and around the Noordhoek valley.
These vary in duration from 1- 3 hours and include trails to Peers Cave, The Ou Wa Pad (The Old wagon Trail) and Silvermine Nature Reserve. A walk to Noordhoek Peak provides sensational views of Noordhoek Valley, Hout Bay and The Sentinel.
Just outside of the valley, other superb walking trails can be enjoyed and these include
Cobra Camp in Kommetjie, Jonkersdam in Glencairn area and Admirals' Falls and Kleinplaas Dam in Simon's Town area. They provide spectacular views of the area and local guides are often available at a minimal fee.
There are also groups which go on regular weekly walks and visitors are welcome to join these groups.
