The de Noordhoek Hotel is a newly built boutique hotel situated in and posing as the manor house of the Noordhoek Farm Village. Situated at the southern end of Chapman’s Peak Drive, on the renowned Cape Point Route, the de Noordhoek Hotel offers excellent value and comfort for vacation and corporate travellers alike. From time to time the hotel offers special Cape Town packages to visitors to the Cape Peninsula and in some cases to senior citizens. In addition, the de Noordhoek Hotel has an intimate bar, a lounge with a fireplace where there is always a warm fire on winter nights, a sunny breakfast room that looks out onto the central courtyard with its fynbos garden, and 24 hour reception service. There is plenty of free secure parking available for hotel residents. Secure, lockable and undercover storage is available in the hotel basement for motor cycles, bicycles, trailers or a motor car or two, by prior arrangement - ideal for bicycle, motorcycle or classic car touring, and film crews. One of the Cape Town packages offered by the de Noordhoek Hotel is for senior citizens. Provided that at least one staying guest is sixty years of age or more and that he or she can provide proof of South African citizenship, up to three people can share a room for a mere R450 a night (this is the price for the room, not per person). This particular Cape Town package is purely for the room, and breakfast is not included. Breakfast is R65 per person. Other special packages presently on offer are “Pay for 4 nights, stay for seven” and a number of similar packages.
