Noordhoek Accommodation
One of the most attractive places to stay in the Western Cape is Noordhoek, and the accommodation in this area has recently been added to with the 21 rooms at the newly built De Noordhoek Hotel. Accommodation at this hotel includes four rooms that have been specifically designed and built for wheelchair access. All the beds and fittings in both bedrooms and bathrooms have been lowered for easy access, and there grab rails in the bathrooms and interleading doors to the two airs of rooms, giving easy access for carers. Those of you with large families will also be pleased to hear that there are a further four pairs of rooms with interleading doors. There is a luxury suite alongside the hotel’s small plunge pool is ideal for a romantic weekend or for honeymoon couples, having a king size bed, a spa bath and a large double shower. This suite has its own private garden complete with a hot outdoor shower.
The De Noordhoek Hotel accommodation, as you can see, is second to none and has been very thoughtfully designed and built, but that goes for the rest of the hotel too. It was designed and built to be environmentally friendly. Everything possible is sorted and recycled, there are water saving showers, CFLs replace the old incandescent light globes, and all the hot water is heated by solar panels. They even send kitchen waste to a worm farm in the farm village. If you’re looking for accommodation, the De Noordhoek Hotel is the place to stay.
