3 October. Craft Day at the Noordhoek Farm Village

Bring the kids along this Saturday to make wonderfully simple things at our craft tables using household items. This Craft Day initiates the kids to the awareness of recycling and reusing materials in the home. Educational themes bring out their creative ideas and motor skills from design to production and a whole lot of fun thrown in for good measure. The venue is the Bandstand in Noordhoek Farm Village at 1030 this Saturday. The Bandstand is opposite the entrance to the de Noordhoek Hotel.
Treasure Hunt at Noordhoek Farm Village

Come dressed as treasure hunter and search Noordhoek Farm Village for the treasure. Kids will need to decipher clues, follow directions and search the village to find the grand prize. The hunt could take you past the old-fashioned candy store or via the bakery. They could meet a toad or discover new clothes or toys en route to the treasure trove. But the mystery is there to be solved. The venue for this spectacular event is at the Bandstand in Noordhoek Farm Village – that’s directly opposite the main entrance to the de Noordhoek Hotel, ‘manor house’ to the village.
